Yes. ClearPath GI is permanently free for patients — no premium tiers, trial periods, or upsells. Reminders are never behind a paywall. Organizations pay for outreach tools; patients get the reminder service either way.

We collect your name, date of birth, mobile phone number (verified with a one-time code), home ZIP code, and when your next colonoscopy is due based on the follow-up interval your doctor recommended. Email is optional. We do not collect insurance information, clinical records, Social Security numbers, diagnosis codes, or financial data.

Any adult who has had a colonoscopy and needs to return on a doctor-recommended interval — or who is due for colorectal screening.

Not by default. Organizations cannot see your identifiers unless you explicitly opt in to share from your dashboard. When you opt in, participating organizations with an active BAA may see your name, phone, ZIP, city, state, and next colonoscopy month — not your email or date of birth. There is no passive or pre-checked opt-in.

You receive text, email, or both — based on the channels you choose (email reminders require an email on file). You pick which months to be reminded before your due date: 12, 9, 6, 3, and 1 month before, plus a reminder at your due date (up to six touches per cycle). Defaults apply if you do not change them. Text reminders include a secure one-time link to your dashboard. You can update preferences anytime.

Log in to your dashboard and update when your next colonoscopy is due. Your reminder schedule recalculates immediately. Access is passwordless — a one-time code sent to your phone or email.

No. ClearPath GI works in any browser on phone, tablet, or desktop. There is no app to download and no password to create. Text reminders deep-link you to your dashboard with one tap.

Log in to your dashboard → Account Settings → Delete Account. Your account is removed from organization-facing tools immediately. We retain a limited regulatory archive for the period described in our Notice of Privacy Practices; after that period, your data is permanently deleted.

No. ClearPath GI is a reminder service. We do not diagnose, treat, prescribe, or provide clinical care. We do not access electronic health records. We send reminders based on information you provide and offer optional clinic connect with local participating practices when you are ready to schedule. Clinical decisions belong to you and your physician.

US-based healthcare entities that perform or coordinate colonoscopy procedures — gastroenterology practices, GI surgery centers, multi-specialty groups, hospital systems, federally qualified health centers, and primary care practices with GI referral relationships. A signed Business Associate Agreement (BAA) is required before organization access to patient-related platform features.

With an active contract, you see patients who opted in for clinic connect and whose ZIP or city falls in the geography you purchased. For those patients, the dashboard shows name, phone, ZIP, city, colonoscopy due month, and outreach status (for example, whether your team marked them as contacted).

Only after a patient explicitly opts in for clinic connect from their dashboard. That opt-in is documented, timestamped, and audit-logged. Patients can revoke consent at any time. You receive the patient's name, phone number, ZIP, city, and colonoscopy due-month window — only for patients who consented and match your purchased geography.

No. ClearPath GI does not integrate with EMR or scheduling systems — by design. Contact information from opted-in patients can be entered into your existing intake workflow manually. We do not plan to offer EMR integration.
